Residents of many countries need to obtain a visa before visiting Turkey. You can find information regarding tourist visa here. Please note we are unable to offer visa support for attendees.

1. November 14 - November 16 at the main entrance of ICC (main Devconnect venue)

2. November 16 - November 17 at ICEC (PROGCRYPTO venue)

(IMPORTANT) Your ticket is linked to the specific email address we sent your PROGCRYPTO ticket to. Only this exact email will work, not any aliases or variations (e.g., first.name@gmail.com vs. firstname@gmail.com).

To find the email you used:
1. Check the order confirmation from progcrypto@ticketh.xyz
2. Look for one of the two following subject lines:
     [PROGCRYPTO] Your order:
     [PROGCRYPTO] Event registration confirmed:
3. Look for the email address this email was sent to, like in the image below.

How to Claim Your ZK Ticket:
1. Open Browser On your mobile device, launch your main browser (e.g., Safari, Chrome, Brave).
2. Visit Zupass Type in (yes, type in) zupass.org in the URL bar.
3. Login with Your Ticket Email Use the email that we sent your PROGCRYPTO ticket to (see the above section titled “To find the email you used” if you’re not sure).
4. First Time Login? If it’s your first visit, you’ll get a confirmation code in your email. Optionally, you can set a password.
5. Find your QR Code Inside the Devconnect / Programmable Cryptography Conference (Progcrypto) section, your ticket QR code should be visible.

Don’t See Your QR Code? If you can’t find your QR code, reach out to support@zupass.org.

For Orders with Multiple Tickets:
If you purchased multiple tickets within your order, at the time of purchase, you were prompted to specify a recipient email address per ticket. After purchasing, each recipient would have received a confirmation email with the proper instructions.

1. Your order confirmation email will contain a link and a button. Click on either of these to go to your order status/details page.
2. Once there, at the bottom left you will see a red button to Cancel Order
3. Click on it, and on the following screen page click Yes, Cancel Order to confirm.
4. Receive your refund.
- If you paid via Stripe, the refund will initiate automatically.
- If you paid via ETH or DAI, our team will automatically be notified to process your refund manually. (Please be patient with our manual process as it could take a bit of time. Before we process your refund, a member of our team may reach out to you to confirm the receiving wallet address.)
